2. Services

United Lawn Care provides residential and small commercial lawn care services in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas, including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, hedge trimming, and seasonal cleanups. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and location.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or by email are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site evaluation. All quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled in advance. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can adjust our route. Weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances may require us to reschedule, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept the payment methods communicated at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of service.

6. Property Access and Conditions

You are responsible for providing safe access to the property and informing us of any hazards, hidden objects, irrigation lines, pets, or special instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed conditions on the property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, United Lawn Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

All content on this Site, including text, images, and logos, is the property of United Lawn Care and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when changes were last made. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
